This project seamlessly blends structural innovation with modern aesthetics. While the client provided their own structural and exterior design, we contributed through a complimentary interior design consultation, specifying elements such as a striking glass stair separation. The scope included extensive demolition (90%), underpinning to achieve a 10′-0″ basement ceiling, and the addition of both a rear extension and a second story. Thoughtful interior and exterior finishes, a sleek standalone garage, and carefully curated landscaping complete the transformation, resulting in a cohesive and contemporary living space.
