Wasaga Beach Family Homes

This infill development project features 11 thoughtfully designed single-family detached homes, completed over a two-year period. A key component of this collective was a five-lot severance, strategically planned to maximize space and functionality. Situated within walking distance of the beach, each residence boasts a range of high-end design elements, including loft-style 9-foot flat ceilings, minimized bulkheads for enhanced lower-level spaciousness, and cathedral ceilings in the living rooms. To further elevate the interiors, 8-foot doors were incorporated throughout, creating a seamless sense of openness and modern sophistication.
